Volunteer Now

Advocates are the backbone of CASA of New River.
Our trained volunteer advocates stand in the gap for children who have experienced abuse and neglect—often in the most complex, high-conflict cases in the child welfare system. They are the consistent, court-appointed presence when placements change, systems stall, and adults rotate in and out.

CASA advocates investigate thoroughly, monitor services, and elevate the child’s voice in court with clear, fact-based recommendations grounded in the child’s best interests. Their involvement leads to better-informed judicial decisions, improved access to services, and greater stability for children navigating trauma and uncertainty.

Simply put: advocates turn a system built on paperwork into one anchored in people. Their commitment directly strengthens outcomes for children and fuels the impact of the CASA of New River program every single day.
